FAQs

Who can get support from our project?

Anyone living in our operational areas and on a low income, facing financial hardship, poverty, homelessness etc qualifies for support from our project.
Regardless of Race, Religion etc. 

All applicants are welcome to apply for a Christmas food parcel,
however only families with children are to request presents for children.

You will need to be referred by a professional who better understands
your circumstances & needs. We cannot accept referrals made by clients.

Once they send us a Referral we will be in touch in due course to inform you if you have been successful. If you have not heard from us by December 5th unfortunately you have been unsuccessful. We apologise in advance for any applicants who are unsuccessful.

Who can refer a client for support?

Any professional body such as a school, social worker, health services, police/probation service, foodbank, voluntary, housing association etc.

What kind of items will a child receive?

We will request info on what the child/children's likes and hobbies are during the referral process and try to match to this, if no match is found then an age appropriate gift will be provided.

What is the last date to refer a client?

November 29th 2025 at 6pm BST.

When will a referrer and client hear
whether they have been successful?


Between December 1st - December 5th 2025.

When will the gifts/food be delivered?

on the 22nd or 23rd December 2025
